Damaged/Defective Products
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

 

Refunds
Cancelling an order before it is shipped will get a 100% refund. Once shipped, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to contact MFE SelfDefense and return the product. There is a 10% re-stocking fee, which covers shipping and handling costs. All returned products must be in the original packaging and be in new and unused condition. Please contact jim@mfeSelfDefense.com to begin the return process. You will be given an RMA # along with the address to ship the item back to. The RMA # must be included with the returned package. Refunds will be processed within 5 days of receipt of the item and after inspection.
